Thomas Michaels pioneers integration of innovative pedagogies in large applied science courses through the use of emerging computer technologies, active learning strategies and approaches that address multiple learning styles. He brings a sense of excitement and curiosity to his classes. Tom led the development of a new major addressing contemporary food production issues and contributes to successful curriculum development by others.
