Section C

Section C begins just west of the intersection of Beacon and Union Streets. The walkway passes between two sets of buildings: Akerman Hall and Mechanical Engineering on the north side, and Keller Hall and Lind Hall on the south. 

On the easternmost segment of Section C you will find the Discovery Gallery. This 253-foot long installation includes the Wall of Discovery (on the south, mounted on the side of Keller Hall) and the Wall of Innovation (on the north side of the walk). 

As you proceed westward toward Church Street after the Discovery Gallery, you will find Monuments 46-63A. Monuments 46, 47, and 48 are on your left (south). Where the Scholars Walk intersects with Church Street, you will find Monuments 49 through 52. Monuments 51 and 52 are on the northeast and southeast corners, and Monuments 49 and 50 are on the northwest and southwest corners, respectively.

Continuing west of Church Street, the Scholars Walk passes between the Tate Hall Lab of Physics on the north and Murphy Hall/Vincent Hall on the south. Monuments 53, 61, 62, 63, and 63A are on the south (left) side of the walk, and Monuments 54A through 60A are on the north (right) side of the walk.

Section C ends at the Northrop Mall.
